One of my favourite Leaders is Jiang Zemin a relatively modern Chinese leader not alot know about i like him because he was less focused on Christian persecution and plus he was just kind of chaotic though i wouldn't say he's my top but if you're asking top 5 mine are

Calvin Coolidge,JFK,Muammar Gaddafi,Dvce (after conquering one mud hut in Ethiopia or however it goes) and i guess Richard Nixon
