a. The first codephrase is in case you are locked out of your account and have to contact via e-mail. For example, "tangerine-creek-marsupial."
b. The second is a question/answer codephrase where you are asked a question and expect a specific response from you. For example, "What is your favorite color?" / "Cyber Yellow."
(Keep these codephrases secret, physical, and extremely close. They are your one and only ticket to account recovery for the moment.)
