I gone through 2 sleep paralysis experiences first one wasn't so bad i couldn't move but had to listen someone speaking about George Floyd (I'm not joking this actually happened to me), then luckily i woke up but due to being tired i fell back to sleep and then I cannot move again, i thought that I'll just get out until my mouth suddenly opens and starts making sounds while moving and I'm unable to control it, this was actually terrifying i just woke up from this and I'm having a realistic panic attack and now I'm scared of going to sleep
