If it worked back then there's a chance it'll work now, it's atleast worth a try. What i'm asking for specifically is a report on the linked users profile picture provided with reasons as to why they should be forced to change their profile picture to something that is, at the very least, not pornographic.

I've already explained why you should report him, but to reiterate in the clearest possibly way:
This furry should have his YouTube channel reported becuase his profile picture is cropped furry porn, he is sporting sexual imagery on his public YouTube account, he should be forced to change his profile picture.
