Why do all anime girls look the same?

Posted under /faun/

Faces: Their faces have no nose, or just a small dent with no nostrils, a thin mouth where lips are either not present at all or are merely hinted at, and big, shiny, googly eyes.
Hair: Usually enough hair to cover their ears, and it doesn't matter how crazy the hairstyle is becuase 50% of all anime girls have clown hair.
Skin: 99% of the time their skin is featureless and pale, excluding their scalp, there is not a single hair, wrinkle or blemish to speak of.
Miscellaneous: They often don't have fingernails unless they're painted, and they're all LAME AND UNNATRACTIVE!

>What is the problem here?

Anime girls all look the same, anime girls are boring, cookie cutter garbage, even furries are more original than weebs becuase atleast they have artstyles (even if they are tranny artstyles), when i look at modern anime girls i always feel that they're designed and manufactured by the same group, none of them feel original in the slightest, they're the featureless, plastic goods of fictional characters. It's even worse when non-Anime media styles their women like anime women (see Hazbin Homotel, TADC and Helltaker).

That's what happens when you base the face structure on kittens

post was good until you started defending furshit

I'm not defending them, just becuase furfags have differentiated artstyles doesn't mean that their art looks good.

Isn't it mostly due to 90% of anime having the same artists or being owned under the same studio. Also financiers of anime in japan are a little jewcoded, so when they noticed "hey this artstyle was really popular," they cashed in on it full send, which is why there are very few unique artstyles (dbz, demon slayer, dandadan, idk yall can proabably name more but these look different from your average isekai cookiecutter slop)

The Zootopia artstyle? Makes sense because Zootopia was probably directed at furfags, so they in turn draw in the Zootopia artstyle because they are consumer cattle.

Thanks for providing your insights, lets say it's for both of those reasons.

Aren't those ones only different because they're just adaptions of manga, which is more creator involved than a whole studio rushing to do an animation in a couple months

Most tranime are about 95% of the time an adaption of an existing manga series (a good example would be a cartoon about Batman) and they're adapted based on manga sales in jewpan, so next time you see "I Raped a 10 Year Old So Now I Have to Fight Alongside Mussolini In An Endless War" receiving a tranime adaptation, it's because it's selling well on japenis.

TSMT, most of the time you have the same few studios animating a bunch of different IPs so to cut costs they reuse the same animation style a bunch (or Jewpenis manga authors are so uncreative they keep copying each other resulting in similar artstyles when adapted とか、そんな感じのもの)
