It never had "mods", it was always Novagarka + all users with more than 10.000 points (evendoe it was a different amount at some point o algo)
And yeah i've also heard that Coinbitch recently was retarded enough to delete or accelerate the already shitty moderation system, it was probaly true since last time I checked the latest memes it was full of goonslop, meaning that not even the automod is enabled
