SOME SITES founding rules under CERTAIN 1ST ADMINS were deliberately lax
And from that all interpretations from later admins/cabals lead to looseness
Think of it like the failed bill of rights
That's also how 4chan came to be and why puritan splinters like CERTAIN SITES will never work as it's tied to CERTAIN 1ST ADMINS rules
