What if users who permabanned were grey?

with an -ACK! right next to their name

Apparently there's logic deep in the source to apply colors for banned users, but goes unused for no reason whatsoever. This was a fairly recent change on Danbooru as well, so I'm testing to see if adding a spinning black hole icon, gray colors, a strike-through, and an "-ACK!" suffix works for now.
