If you can't find anything on Google Search, Tenor, or Giphy, then search for clips on YouTube to download (CNVMP3 is seemingly safe if yt-dlp doesn't work). Trim out the part you're going to use, import it into Ezgif to optimize it and extract the frames you need, then you're able to create the GIFcaption from there.
