SWAgarthan Flash Game Ideas

Posted under /vafa/

This topic discusses general concepts and ideas for Flash content relating to SWAbooru and the growing world around it.

When looking through the utter waste from that INTERN3TS imageboard, I found myself thinking of a viable generic enemy source based on how trannies seem to corrupt everything they touch. Warped, debased, even downright tvvisted misinterpretations of past memes from a dark realm known as the 5H4TT3R3D G4T3. Obviously it won't be the autistic DevaniTart garbage as that one cookie character thread there; there will be thought put into these cretins, but hopefully it should shed a grim light on what happens when users don't gatekeep their culture. Terrible reflections and mangled beings barely resembling their original forms that are forced to reaffirm unsightly forces from beyond.

Might add these creatures as a post-game enemy type for Knigger Knight when I get to developing it, since I already locked in the main branch of villains as FaUnA.

here are some pretty derivative game ideas i want to make upon the addition of flashcorner

Mario Simulator 63 - Based on SMG4's "Mario Simulator" videos, some sort of side villain attacks the Mushroom Kingdom and you have to defend it. You play as Mario going through Mario 63 platformer levels, which then switch to Henry Stickmin style interactive cutscenes where certain choices affect the ending

Super SWAsh Flash - Super Smash Bros game where you play as the stars of iFunny, SWAbooru and the snarky snappy. Characters would include Ferd, DeepWebIntel, Brittchan, Kaiser Wilhelm II, Waluigi, SWA Triumvirate (PETRIXXX, Sectionalism & Teethingus Bonematics as one fighter like pokemon trainer), Herobrine, Trollface, Derpina, Chudjak, Cobson, Jartycuck, Yellowman, FatPat, Gigachad, SMG4 Mario, Mordecai & Nikocado. May contain a spiritual successor to the subspace emissary because World of Light sucks, at least in a sequel or something.

KaiserMan - MegaMan fangame set in Teh PETRIXXX Show world, you play as a german fighting robot made in 20XX that was reawakened decades into the future to fight the evil army of murder drones and george droids. The only pixel art would be Kaiserman himself, and the game would have Megaman X elements. If successful enough I will do a remake on Steam with bonus content and two sequels. If those are successful enough, I will make a much more needed Halo spiritual successor called KaiserMan X.

Five Nights at Bruhfunny's - Revival of an old Bruhfunny project from 2020 as a flash game.

Troonslop torture games - Basically games where you kill characters that are cringe like Miku and Soytan. Mine would probably take the form of those shoot-out games, though more graphic styles can be made

I always wanted to animate on flash but I never have the willpower to finish a project (or even practice). Animating always felt like niggerjeethell because its somehow slower than editing, any tips to make mi actually start something? I still have flash 8 installed on my computer

Do we have the old project archived somewhere to get an idea of how things are supposed to work?

In the early stages of flash animation, plotting everything out with basic shapes and animating via motion tweens (which in that phase would be capturing a moved shape in a separate keyframe) is your best friend. After that, you can work up to detailed frames and better timing on a second layer above it.

I can confirm, as someone who's played the Moon wad, it would be exactly like this, lets try a HL1 mod instead.

The only time i modded half life is modifying the guard’s texture to look like peter griffin and putting a backwards cap on a headcrab. sounds like an interesting idea though

I recently learned that you're able to generate sine waves dynamically in AS3 (no idea about AS2 yet). That gives me an incredible idea for a first project of mine: Universal Audio Engine. Given that any piece of audio could be broken down into sine waves using Fourier methodologies and be put back together algorithmically, we could hypothetically shrink file sizes of Flash games to an absurd degree AND increase general audio quality of the games due to it being played in-house. Not only that, but given that EVERY audio filter under the sun is represented by algorithms, we could do audio-trickery like delays, reverbs, phasers, and whatnot that the available settings cannot! I'd have to research this along with the language more, but I think I'm able to put something together in the future to allow for some mechanically-dense games on here without the problems of audio (leading cause of extreme files sizes and load times in Flash games). I'm certainly going to utilize this in Knigger Knight for dynamic audio situations and seamless looping of game music.
