server responded with 0 code

I can upload images on my tablet
But i can't upload any image in my pc
what caused this problem?
probably because of my internet issue

Pls fix (troubleshooting) my problem

It's likely either your Internet issues causing a timeout in uploading, or you're uploading something that goes above the file resolution limit. I believe both cases return a zero code.
