I think there are two possibilities. One is that Muttstein and Anus are the same person, however the Anus dox was actually a fake. However, the Anus dox was posted by Troonllio, who you said was an orbiter of Anus. If this Troonllio is the same as the one on Memegroid, why would he suddenly start hating Moroccans if he was a Moroccan himself? Did they have a falling out? We know Anus is a 'cordtroon, so it wouldn't be outside of the realm of possibility to say that Moorstein and Trollio use der 'cord.
So the only other two other possibilities is that Trollio is Moorstein, and he has been false flagging as a Spaniard for a long while now, only coming out a valid Moroccan trans xueen as of recently, or Moorstein truly is someone else and was previously an orbiter of Anas. We know that Muttstein was a Memedroid immigrant, he doesn't exactly hide it, so this isn't out of the question. He also still venerates Anas and called "aryan" on one occasion.
I believe Moorstein is neither Anas or Trollio, as he is a very nationalistic individual, however him and Trollio could be working together.
One third third possibility is that Trollio is not the same Trollio as the one on Memedroid, but merely took his name to throw people off. But that's highly unlikely.
TLDR; Moroccord is real.
