China is more pedophilic than Japan by pretty much every standard. Historically Japan had the highest marital ages in East Asia and by the 1980s pretty much every Japanese province had raised the age of consent to 18. Meanwhile it is still 14 in China.
The association of the Japanese with degeneracy is mostly due to their disgusting but internationally prominent porn industry. I think this hardly represents the spirit of the nation, though. The porn industries in Europe of the late 20th century were also extremely disgusting, but history and common sense tells us that perversion is not an innate quality of the Germans or Danes. It is a national disease that can be destroyed with proper policy implementation.
I think both countries get a bad rap. People love to hate one or the other. I don’t like the CCP, but there are some admirable things about it. Furthermore, it was an American operation in the first place. Truman abandoned the KMT because he rightfully feared that it would surpass America (imagine 1980s Japan, but 1 billion people with as much land as the US). I have a lot of respect for many of China’s sages, and the chariot-mounted warrior princes of ancient China.

KMT should have won, tbh. Also Japan should just ban porn (like every country should).

About banning porn,i think it should agree too that it should be criminalised or minimally have an age verification system and gooners would be put into rehabilitation camps where they'd watch Never Goon edits,no access to phones similar things and would have to mandatory attend lections about the harm of gooning and pornography

It is very difficult at this point to ban porn. China has a firewall and bans porn but over 90% of Chinese young people have reported accessing it. Think about how hard it is to enforce copyright, and then know that this would be 100x worse.
The best you could do is ban porn production, but at this point there’s enough porn out there to last people a lifetime

I think mass porn usage is caused mostly by the boredom epidemic. People have very low attention spans now which causes them to get bored, and porn is a way people cope with boredom. It isn’t due to profound horniness and 99% of people could succeed at nofap if they just kept themselves preoccupied
