It seems to me native europeans do not like foreigners inhabiting their lands, which is perfectly fine, as it is a biological principle that we prefer our ingroup over the outgroup. Migrants (excluding west european immigeants) are also a fiscal net negative, and some groups (Ie moroccans) are more susceptible for schizophrenia for example.
My plans if I were given control over europe would be
1. Automation to handle the fertility crisis negatives like less workforce
2. UBI
3. Total capitalism
4. More holistic scientific community
5. Revaluation of the laws to make race a top priority
6. A carved out small area in Europe that is for rootless cosmopolitanism, think a big DAVOS
I believe IE someone from America should be able to go there for business discussion, and people worldwide should be able to own property in europe just like how a european should be able to own property in america
7. End public schooling, free healthcare, and public welfare, so lower taxes
8. Lower regulations
9. Ending diversity
10. Less gun laws
11. Freedom of speech
