Not 100% sure if SMG4 is a Filipino but i remember watching video once about something in which his Jewtube's account location was set to Phillipines so it's safe to assume.

Oh well he's Thai Australian it seems still for some reason when i watched one video long time ago it had the location set to Phillipines in the Video
