User levels are the level of a user, which shows how heckin important they are. This list will be worst at the top and best at the bottom. The colors of user levels are different on light and dark theme aswell.

Restricted: It will not let you vote, comment, or edit tags. It will give you a popup saying you have been restricted because you signed up from a proxy/VPN. Blue color

Member: regular users, dont have any special tools. Blue color

Gold: Nothing yet but has a custom color. Gold color

Platinum: Nothing yet but has a custom color. Grey color

Builder: You can access Builder+ forum posts with this. Yellow color

Contributor: People who can skip approval. Yellow color

Approver: can approve and delete posts n shieeeeet. Yellow color

Moderator: People who moderate the site. They can see ips, ban people, see emails, and set levels. Pink Color

Admin: They can ban IPs, change passwords, and promote people to, demote, and ban mods. Purple Color

Owner: the owner of the site, which is currently @PETRIXXX. Can promote people to admin and fire admins. Purple Color
