Neutrals are any users who do not have a specific focus for their account, like offensives, fandoms, or politicals. Their main goal is simply to post whatever they find funny.
Goal
The neutrals goal is to get featured. Many accounts who get featured are neutral accounts which inspires the lesser known neutrals to aspire to be like them.
Other
Some neutrals post mostly offensive content which leads users to believe they are offensive.
