It's funny when actual Balkaners do it when non-Balkaners do it it's forced.

I've noticed that "safe edgy" has moved from insulting colonial powers to making fun of Balkaners for actual historical tragedies they faced. These countries had no power, today they have no power, and today they are much poorer than the poorest American states. The only reason people feel fine insulting them is because they're White.
