What my idea for the perfect state is (im modifying some of his proposals)
1. Pre existing humans are given a random ticket that ranges from 1-2 and all the future ones assigned 1 or 2
2. Everyone be given symmetrical housing with a limited amount of private land
3. Progeny are taught basic math and writing
4. 1 works for ~180 10 hour work days while 2 has ~180 free days and vice versa till the heat death of the universe
5. Currency be abolished and replaced with bartering
