what do you guys think of the earthbound series? I think it's good, despite the brimstone made by the fans. Earthbound 2 has a lot of coal in it compared to the predecessor; the magypsies, the melodrama and especially the retarded ending.

Also I've had a few ideas for a "Mother 4" in my head that's changed twice
>Original idea: You play as Ness' great descendant in the far future after the apocalypse and try to enter Lucas' heavenly kingdom in a CRPG-Beat Em Up hybrid
>Second idea after remembering LISA exist: You play as a monkey man in a post-apocalyptic earth colonized by alien fauna trying to make trade with the moon, where the devilish Dark Dragon has captured the Tazmily residents in an evil Magicant where they think they are gods. Would be a JRPG-Beat Em Up hybrid
>Third idea after remembering several themes in Teh PETRIXXX Show: You play as Claus in the rage comic world which has been taken over by the magypsies & captured Lucas & friends, you have to save everyone and find a new home. Would be a spiritual successor to iFunny projects like "iFunny RPG" and "Pokemon Noon", being an Earthbound Rom Hack with features from EB2 and Underfail.
Overall I would probably wait until someone with an autism for this series joins before doing something, but the idea of taking a big offensive poop on the RPGcaca community would be pretty funny

never played it but it has a good ost and a charming art style, i have played it once and gave all the characters stupid names

this reminds me of an old rom hack of ff6 called awful fantasy 3. it had funny dialogue, you fought a png of the hamburgler’s head at one point in the game and one of the spells was called rape

The third one would be designed so that at a glance it felt like a regular sequel to earthbound 2, like it was written by an alternate itoi where he was a 15-25 year old chud, and it would still make sense if you had never heard of this site
