The ideal family structure; hierarchical housing

I think modern houses should be very vertical split into 3 larts
Top portion; Grandparents; elders
They own the land give wisdom and deal with business
Middle portion; 2 Parents
They raise the kids
Bottom portion; kids
They work; if boys masculine manual work if girl feminine manual work (like making clothes)
Kids become adults when they reach 25
To stop inbreeding there should be events where hierarchical housings meet other hierarchical housings
If there a surplus of kids (since there can only be 2 parents) they have to venture and go to lther hierarchical housings or start there own)
