On the right tail especially in the extreme right, theres a possibility in the 0.1% compartment that an actual person exists free of distractions and can bend his mind at will. Where he is and when he will announce himself (if he even will) I dont know...
U can extend this to whatever idea being or thing you want
I also think its possible 🤔 to become the 0.1 as we have free will though we often use it poorly
