How would you fix/save Pakistan?

Pakistan is full of garbage and litter, polluted air, unsafe drivers, crime, and the actions of a corrupted millitary dictatorship, trust me i've been there, and if someone makes fun of the country of Pakistan then they aren't racist becuase the country really is that bad. Here's what i'd do to fix my country:
• Imran Khan given his power and security back.
• Regulate what vehicles are allowed on Pakistani roads, some cars and bikes are too broken and/or unsafe to be considered useable on public roads.
• Anyone who litters will be paid a fine of 1,000 Pakistani Rupees, if they are caught littering again the fine is raised to 2,000, caught again it's raised to 3,000 and so on until the fee reaches 10,000 Rupees.
• Try my best to stop crop burnings and supply farmers with better equipment and resources.
• Health inspectors sent to visit street food vendors since street food is notoriously dangerous to eat.
• Some millitary funding diverted to the education sector to provide children better education, including classes teaching them proper manners (don't litter, don't do crime, be a good Muslim, respect others opinions).
Another thing i wish to talk about is millitary goverment oppression, Pakistan's government is fine with killing civilians to protect it's power, peaceful protests do not work, so if you asked me what the Pakistani people have to do in order for the millitary state to take them seriously, i'd call for a violent, armed revolution, just like Half-Life 2, it helps that Pakistan is home to the worlds largest illegal gun market.
