There's also hyper ocd, I believe some people from our history created make believe mental wars for them overcome to prove themselves a solipsistic hero which transferred to their progeny. You see this with people who on purpose give themselves a porn addiction, gender dysphoria, guilt, fight to overcome these fictitious obstacles yet they always duel them till the end of time or give in. The solution is to seclude yourself and revalue yourself
