The people who make those comparisons are either latinx, or have a very prominent fetish for them (look at Substack Jewser GLO for an apt example of this) and want to project that onto other women. Due to how much control the typical woman (majority mothers) have in Russian society and how little they have in Iran due to Sharia Law, the comparison to the type of women latinx are completely falls flat on its face.
