Fandumb infighting is a strategy to demoralize cringe culture

Posted under /faun/

Back when cringe culture was at its peak there were no divided fandumbs, as an example all weebtards used to consume shonenslop, moeshit, goonerbait and loli 'p equally, but now there's various factions out of the consumers of those each kinds of content (moeshitter lolipedos larping neo-nazis, “never goon” moeshitters doing the same except when they're libtards, shonen hoodweebs who are either also porn addicts or go against porn addiction, etc). Same applies for other fandumbs like furfags and broniggers, used to be all united under "don't yuck someone's yum” ideologies until they started calling each other cringe
Maybe this is all because of cringe culture's influence making them want to look any better than other fandumbs or even their own, modifying their biases to weaken cringe culture's biases

It doesnt demoralize imo, its like how jews have their own factions and kvetch about each other all day but when an outsider comes they are ready to team up together.

The thing is that fandumbs don't team up anymore and cringe culture has become weaker ever since

Le source? I wish Elon didnt make likes private so we could see who likes anime posts- but with high certainy I bet its a mashup of the anitroons listed earlier
And yes by cringe culture dying do you mean us attacking cringe? It still exists and has in fact grown ( https://trends.google.com/trends/) - search up any fandumb related inquiries like anime- Mocking Fandumbs has escaped normiedom and is too normalized now imo

It's what I said before
Fandumbs started calling each other cringe, giving a different idea of cringe culture biases, the new "normalization" of mocking fandumbs consists of respecting some + hating others and people who hate fandumbs as a whole are very uncommon now

I think it has moved in both directions. On one hand, the strengthening of the online anime community has caused weebs to converge on the same shows. On the other hand, the popularization of anime inevitably led to more variation
