Personally i would outlaw porn and put gooners into rehabs in which their technology privileges like phones would be revoked and they attend lections about the harm of gooning and pornography and also would watch Never Goon minion edits attendance would be mandatory.
Also i would seize Microsoft (i also thought of Bitch Productions,but they're based in Australia or whatever) also representatives cannot hold any extra citizenship and if they do they must revoke it

You should sieze the ATF becuase they are hated by lots of Americans, especally gun guys, try taking away lots of the power the ATF have over gun laws.
