South and Central America is positioning its self for greatness, and with eugenics I hope over time places like Brazil become more white (via picking the embryos with the more white dna) but negros mullatos and the natives have to go, idk by what method (maybe relocatin), but they are a threat to the progress of civilization. I think Natives are underhated. They are actual subhumans.
