I saw a middle aged, probably 50-something white woman at my workplace with a queen of spades tattoo. I'm genuinely not sure if it is what I think it is or if I'm just chronically online. She didn't really seem like the type.

1. Did it have a Q inside the spade?
2. Was it on or just above an intimate area, such as the hip, thigh, etc?

It was on her arm just below her shoulder. It didn't have a Q inside but underneath it said "Queen of Spades"

I know a girl who used to play fnf all the time and even had fnf music on her playlist. She's an odd duck to say the least
