Good morrow, fair 'eens, I have pondered much of late upon departing this our sharty in the month of September. The chief cause is mine own journey unto the university, yet moreover do I perceive this noble realm falling into decay, and waxing like unto another 4cuck of base repute. Ere thou brand me a melancholy knave or prophet of doom, suffer me to unfold the grievous ills that do presently rot this place, and which the jannies (those watchful guardians) will not mend nor yet address:
I.NAS/Jaks bereft of all original wit — naught but stale lures to bait the good folk and kindle rage most foul. The lewd and wanton Ongezellig pornography, yea, and all manner of ribaldry upon the booru (and sometimes even here upon these boards). This site, they say, is meet for youths of sixteen summers, yet are they exposed to jests of interracial carnality most vile. Verily, 'tis EPI in full measure, and most especially that ongezellig filth from the year of our Lord 2023 upon the booru.
II.The hype train lieth cold and dead. No merry excitement stirreth for events (thanks be to slothful managers), no worthy raids are mounted, and all is given to doxxing of base nobodies who are not even numbered among the true pedos. Even when they be such paltry souls, the raids are of wretched quality, lacking all unity — some do spam most horrid gore whilst others cry out against it, breeding bitter infighting. And lo, the very same that spew forth gore are they that do cause raids to burn swift and perish.
III.The lords and owners of this domain do neglect it sore. Since Froot departed his stewardship, he hath brought in a new fellowship of mods who hide their faces like cowards in shadow. This cult of nameless personalities lacketh all humanity — none knoweth who these new jannies be, and ever do they add and remove boards that none doth use. The old proclamations and advertisements for those forsaken boards yet linger, though the boards themselves be cast into oblivion.
IV.Namefags abound. Most of them sow discord and strife, dragging their petty quarrels into boards unconcerned, and the jannies suffer it, though namefagging and avatarfagging stand forbidden by ancient decree. Behold, examples: Jo L and Protopoopy.
V.Scant community spirit cometh from jannies or managers — they ask not the good users to fashion banners or themes, whereby creativity is stifled and withereth away.
VI.Deeds most illegal and perilous. Doxxing is one matter, yet to assail a water plant in Canada or to threaten bombing upon the constables of the UK — these cross every bound of honour and do but summon the dread gaze of federal powers. The more such follies multiply, the swifter shall our sharty be torn asunder and cast down.
These, good 'eens, be the plagues I would lay bare concerning this our fellowship. On mine own part, I confess this website doth rot mine brain. All that was to be learned here have I gathered, and naught new or wondrous springeth forth.
