That might be the case. The channel it came from would've ran out of conventionally scary imagery to liquify at this point given their autistic fascination with Incredible Uncanny and worked with gore to maintain high upload intensity. Spergs like this will use literally anything as long as it warrants an "I guess this is scary" response from them.
